How long is delivery ?
- Our M.T.O (Made to Order) Items generally take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive at their destination after dispatch but in rare cases may take up to 12 weeks to deliver depending on your location. Please note there is a general 5 - 14 day process & manufacture time before every dispatch.
Is your shipping tracked ?
- Tracking is standard on our shipping, After an order is dispatched it takes within 1 week for the tracking number to update onto the delivery system so please show patience.
What if I Change my mind or want to Return the Item ?
- We understand that sometimes people like to change their minds so we allow for 24 hours from order to contact us with your request and you will be issued with a full refund if requested.
- All claims made after 24HRS from order / upon items arrival must have a description of issue, clear photo and purchase ID provided to which we will review and may either issue you
1. A replacement item
or
2. With store credit for you to use at any time on any product of your choice.
Does it arrive in a nice box like in the Pictures ?
- All of our rings arrive in secure boxes to make sure it gets to you safely.
